Refund policy

At Camp Kitschy Knits we believe that a quality product begins with quality materials, and ends with quality craftsmanship.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Camp Kitschy Knits.

We will happily accept qualified* returns or exchanges of IN STOCK item within 14 days of receipt.

Sorry but made-to-order/custom made items are not able to be returned or exchanged.

Please keep in mind that our knit products are created by hand, on needles. We spend several weeks knitting each one of our sweaters. If you find a problem with our knitting that effects the use of your item please give us the opportunity to correct it for you. We can typically repair an item with just a few stitches and return it to you promptly. Requests for repairs must be made within 7 days of receipt.

*In stock items must be returned in unused, unwashed condition with all of the original tags and packaging intact.

Once placed, all orders are non cancelable.

We will process the refund or exchange if your in stock item within 7 days of receipt of your return. All credits will be placed on the credit card from the original purchase, less the cost of shipping.

If you return an item that qualified for free shipping you will receive a refund less our standard shipping rate for your item(s).

The consumer is responsible for all shipping, tax and duty expenses related to the return or exchange.

If the address provided is determined by the post office to be undeliverable you will be responsible for all postage.
